Terms of Sale and Return Policy
Teremok Antiques wants you to be totally satisfied in your purchase. We offer a 10 consecutive day, no questions asked, return policy on purchases. You will need to post your return of the object after notifying us within 10 consecutive days. Returns will not be accepted afterwards. Failure to post a package within 10 consecutive days voids a refund and the package will not be accepted. If your circumstances prevent you from returning within in the allotted time, such as receiving a package while you are out of town, are ill or similar hardship you must notify us in writing via email of these circumstances and ask for an extension on the return. Extensions for return time will not be granted continually or for indefinite periods of time. All returns will no longer be accepted after 30 consecutive days for any reason. If you do wish to return an item, please fully insure it for purchase price as well and get a tracking number, so we may be on the lookout for the package. This ensures a smooth refund process. Buyers to pay return shipping unless object was not as described. If a second opinion is required, we will use valuemystuff.com for an appraisal to verify age and or origin. This will be considered a deciding opinion as to age and or origin if there is any discrepancy. All items must be returned in exactly the same condition as received and cannot be polished, waxed, cleaned, altered or in any way changed from the way it was when received. Photographs will be requested of the object prior to return to ensure condition is correct for purposes of a return. Altering an object will void the possibility of a return. We request USPS for returns. If unavailable in your location, other shippers are acceptable. No restocking fees. Based in New York City.
